Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to work in a Home Depot store, focusing on professional painting contractors. You will greet pros, understand their needs, and help select products, mix paint, and prepare tools for pickup. Training is provided, no prior paint or sales experience required.

You will partner with Home Depot staff and Behr reps, building relationships with local pros while ensuring fast, friendly service and a positive store experience.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and the ability to start conversations with contractors.
• Willingness to learn paint products and Behr systems.
• Good organizational skills and basic computer skills to use Salesforce.
• Shift availability including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and form relationships with local pros in-store.
• Collaborate with Behr's outside sales reps and Home Depot staff to fulfill orders.
• Pull and tint orders for pick up; assist customers in finding the right products.
• Enter leads and contacts into Salesforce; help manage customer information.
