Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to join our Home Depot Pro Desk team in the Kansas City area. You will engage professional painting contractors, understand their needs, and ensure they get the right Behr products quickly. Training provided, no prior paint or sales experience required.

You'll enter leads into Salesforce, collaborate with outside reps and Home Depot staff, and support upselling while lifting up to 75 lbs when needed. Weekend and evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with contractors.
• Ability to learn Behr products and processes quickly (training provided).
• Basic computer skills to enter leads and manage contacts in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support the Behr Pro Desk in the Home Depot store and build relationships with professional contractors.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and coordinate with Home Depot staff.
• Enter new leads/contacts in Salesforce and follow up on jobs and future needs.
• Assist customers, including lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.
