You will partner with the Pro Desk and outside reps to create the right product mix, tint, and prepare orders for pickup while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

You’ll build relationships with pros visiting the store, assist with product recommendations, and help contractors move efficiently to stay on the job. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing personality to greet contractors and build relationships.
• Collaborate with Behr outside reps and Home Depot staff for order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills to enter leads and contacts into Salesforce.
• Bilingual ability is a bonus but not required.

• Pull and tint orders, assist with product selection for contractors.
• Lift up to 75 lbs as needed to support customers.
