Behr Paint Company seeks a Pro Sales Associate to join a Home Depot store, specializing in professional painting contractors and their needs. You will greet pros, build relationships, and help select products, tint orders, and pick up tools to speed their job completion.

You’ll partner with Behr’s outside reps and Home Depot staff, use Salesforce for leads, and deliver a friendly, efficient store experience. Some lifting is required; the role emphasizes service and urgency.

Qualifications

• An outgoing personality to engage contractors.
• Ability to use Salesforce CRM; training provided.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and build relationships with pro contractors in-store.
• Collaborate with Behr’s outside reps and Home Depot staff.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup.
• Assist customers and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.
• Lift up to 75 lbs when needed.
