Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to work in a Home Depot store. You will engage professional painting contractors, understand their needs, and ensure they receive the right products and service. Training is provided; no prior paint or sales experience required.

You’ll collaborate with Behr’s outside reps and Home Depot staff, help with tinting and order prep, and use Salesforce for lead management. Weekend and evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for all roles at Behr Paint Company.
• No prior painting or sales experience required; training provided.
• Familiarity with customer management software is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behr Pro Desk and introduce yourself to contractors.
• Develop relationships with local pros and understand their needs.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and assist in-store with pros.
• Collaborate with Behr outside sales reps and Home Depot staff as one team.
• Enter leads and contacts into Salesforce; training provided.
