Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will also pick up returns, stock cycles, and support sales through upselling while promoting loyalty programs.

The role requires strong customer service, safe driving, and the ability to maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy in a busy retail environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to work various shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; cycle counts and back stock.
