Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driven delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while promoting loyalty programs and managing returns. You will build relationships with key commercial customers and support upselling and cross-selling efforts.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible days, including weekends. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sale flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase order value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock; manage back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
