Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and support store sales initiatives.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy items, and availability to work varied shifts including weekends. You will build relationships with customers, upsell products, maintain inventory, and keep the store tidy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Operate inventory systems and record keeping accurately.
