You will also handle returns, promotions, and credit accounts while building strong relationships with professional customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and manage related paperwork.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Assist with stock management and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
