Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in the Troy, NC area. You will pick up returns and cores, and assist in promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will also build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while maintaining store cleanliness and performing general stocking tasks, including cycle counts and inventory knowledge. A valid license and friendly sales approach are required.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Automotive parts experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
