Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory freshness
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
