Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to assist with daily credit account collections. The role includes building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

The driver will upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value, maintain store cleanliness, stock, and assist walk-in customers with parts recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have good driving record and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase transactions.
• Proficient in basic math and POS/Inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly flyers and promote sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and build relationships with pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist customers and suggest appropriate parts or services.
