Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery-driven professional to pick and deliver parts to pro customers and manage daily credit collections. You will promote current sales, maintain inventory knowledge, and build strong relationships with key customers while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes safe driving, effective communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is required to satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedures.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
