Job summary

Talentify in Rincon, GA is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will also handle daily collection of credit accounts, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
