Job summary

Talentify is seeking a parts driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and maintain store cleanliness, inventory and back stock to support daily operations.

The role requires safe driving, English communication, basic math, and the ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, sharing insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize back stock and inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
