Job summary

Talentify is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to serve pro customers by picking, staging, and delivering parts with care and accuracy. You will promote current sales, assist with returns, and help maintain inventory and store presentation.

Ideal candidates possess a valid license, strong English communication, and a customer-service mindset. You will work closely with sales teams and may engage in upselling to boost average transaction value.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
Able to communicate clearly in English; Spanish a plus.
Strong customer service and sales orientation.
Ability to read and interpret inventory data and procedures.
Willing to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization; handle stock rooms and cycle counts.
Understand product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts/services.
Other duties as assigned.
