Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a delivery associate to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns. You will drop off flyers, collect credit accounts and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes building relationships with Major Pro customers, upselling, inventory control, and excellent customer service while maintaining store cleanliness and product knowledge. A valid license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to recommend parts or services.
