Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts.

You will assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and drive sales. The role requires safe driving, effective communication, and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
