Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns and cores, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling products, and maintain store cleanliness and stock. The role involves physical tasks and flexible days, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory; perform cycle counts and shelves facing.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
