Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while maintaining inventory and a clean store environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math skills, and strong communication. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, assist with upselling, and support in stock and curbside duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Operate inventory systems and back stock incl. cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
