You will engage with walk-in customers, manage credit accounts daily, and build lasting relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while ensuring safety and accuracy in inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
