Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in Covington, TN to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will manage returns, credit accounts, and maintain store inventories, building strong pro-customer relationships and upselling where appropriate.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to read safety instructions, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
