Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

The role includes daily credit account collection and building relationships with major Pro customers. You will assist in upselling and cross-selling to raise average transaction value, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and help customers find the right parts or services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
