Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will engage with customers, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and upsell items to increase transaction value.

The role involves daily account collection and maintaining inventory knowledge. Your responsibilities include stocking, keeping the store clean, and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned from deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock accuracy.
• Operate with inventory systems and perform cycle counts.
