Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while also handling returns and promoting sales and loyalty programs.

The role involves daily credit account collection, and building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. You will assist in upselling and cross-selling products to raise average transaction value, maintain cleanliness, stock parts, and support inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and upsell.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking and inventory.
