Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, assist with returns, and promote loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and contribute insights learned during deliveries. You will be involved in upselling and cross-selling to increase order value, maintain store cleanliness and inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock as needed.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts.
