Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Norfolk, VA is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, distribute sales flyers, and collect credit accounts while promoting loyalty programs.

Build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and keep the store clean and stocked. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work various shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
