Advance Auto Parts in Decatur, IL is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in shoppers. You will read catalogs, upsell where appropriate and maintain clean, organized shelves.

Responsibilities include upselling, servicing customers, stocking and replenishing inventory, and building lasting relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. The role requires flexible shifts and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Willing to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Experience in automotive parts preferred.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and drop off weekly sales flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
