Job summary

bolster relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, contribute to upselling and cross-selling, keep the store clean and stocked, and assist customers with product recommendations and services as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sometimes 100 pounds with assistance.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with main pro customers and provide insights learned from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
