Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a reliable delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires navigating routes, loading parts, and ensuring on-time deliveries with excellent customer service. You will collaborate with store teams to upsell compatible parts, maintain inventory accuracy, collect credit accounts, and support promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive parts is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase order value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking, including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stock, back stock and cycle counts.
• Know product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
