Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a delivery driver responsible for picking, staging, and delivering parts to pro customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will also handle returns, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while building strong relationships with customers and key accounts. This role requires safe driving, excellent communication, basic math, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Comfort with basic math for transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and manage related paperwork.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect on credit accounts as part of daily duties.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back room.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
