Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers across the branch. You will also pick up returns, distribute flyers, and assist with credit accounts and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling products, and maintaining store stock and cleanliness while ensuring safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
