Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, promote loyalty programs, and handle daily credit accounts with a focus on building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role supports upselling, stock maintenance and excellent customer service while maintaining store cleanliness and organization. A valid driver's license and a willingness to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Willing to work a range of days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock on shelves.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
