Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will pick up returns, distribute flyers for promotions and maintain credit accounts daily.

Role emphasizes building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling, stock management, and exceptional customer service. Candidates should be able to work various shifts and maintain store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
