Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Easley, SC is seeking a Delivery Driver who will pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and drop off weekly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness and stock, keep inventory updated and engage walk-in customers to recommend parts or services.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or delivery is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documentation and parts catalogs.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
