Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Greer, SC seeks an experienced delivery driver responsible for picking, staging, and safely delivering parts to pro customers.

You will also handle returns/cores, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while supporting credit accounts daily. The role includes building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value, keeping the store clean, stocking parts, and assisting walk-in customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
