Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks an energetic Delivery Driver to service pro customers, pick and deliver parts, and support sales initiatives. You’ll manage returns, assist with loyalty programs, and keep the store stocked and clean while building lasting customer relationships.

Outstanding communication, safe driving, and the ability to upsell will help you succeed; a valid license and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory counts.
• Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores from customers and stores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and receipts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to raise order value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment.
• Engage with walk-in customers to determine needs and advise parts.
• Work with inventory and cycle counts; support team goals.
