Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick and deliver parts to pro customers, maintain stock, and promote ongoing sales programs. You will collect credit accounts daily and build strong relationships with national pro clients.

The role emphasizes safe driving, clear communication, and the ability to upsell while delivering excellent customer service, with weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
