Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in shoppers. You will upsell, maintain stock, and help keep the store clean while building relationships with customers.

You must have a valid driver license, read safety rules and manuals, and communicate well in English; Spanish is a plus. The role requires physical stamina and weekend availability with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing to learn new products and sales techniques.
• Ability to add, subtract and calculate in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage walk-in customers and upsell products to increase value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Operate inventory systems and maintain back stock.
• Provide great customer service and build relationships with customers.
