Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a reliable driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts and assist in upselling products to raise the average transaction value.

This role requires safe driving practices, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed, with physical duties including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing and parking lot.
• Operate inventory systems and manage back stock.
