Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers.

You will also pick up returns and cores, drop off sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while assisting in upselling and cross-selling to increase the average transaction value. You must have a valid driver's license and a customer-service mindset to build relationships with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and process them.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs while delivering.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory readiness.
• Stock and organize back stock and cycle counts.
• Assist walk-in customers with part recommendations and solutions.
