Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery-focused team member to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, and manage returns and cores. You will promote current sales, collect credit accounts, and build relationships with key pro customers.

You’ll assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, and stay knowledgeable about inventory and new arrivals to help customers find the right parts. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units; understand fractions and decimals.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Confident in engaging customers and promoting products.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Conduct daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and back stock; assist with cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
