Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer-focused Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers in North Carolina. You will also pick up returns, promote sales and loyalty programs, and manage daily credit collections.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory knowledge to support sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory knowledge.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
