Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while building strong relationships and promoting sales programs. You will also handle returns, upsell, and maintain a clean store environment.

The role requires English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and an ability to shop for parts, stock inventory, and assist customers with cross-selling opportunities. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
