Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked shelves.
• Work with inventory systems and complete cycle counts.
