Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns and cores, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell and cross-sell products, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and assist walk-in customers with their needs. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent communication with customers, peers and leadership.
• Able to add, subtract and compute in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
