Job summary

Advance-Auto-Parts is seeking an automotive parts driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will collect returns, manage cores, and support upselling to increase order value.

You will engage with walk-in customers, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with inventory and stock. The role requires safe driving, good communication, and a willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and inventory integrity.
