Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Marion, IL is seeking an Automotive Parts Delivery Driver responsible for picking, staging, and safely delivering parts to pro customers, collecting returns, and supporting sales initiatives. You will upsell, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and engage walk-in customers while building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

A valid driver's license and a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off flyers while promoting sales.
• Collect accounts; build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking; cycle counts and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment; follow safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
