Job summary

You will stage parts, assist with upselling, and keep the store neat while stocking back stock and featured items. You will also engage walk-in customers and build relationships with key contractor clients.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock at back areas and on floor.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
