Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver automotive parts to pro customers and manage related duties. You will also promote sales, handle returns, and assist with inventory and customer service tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, English proficiency, and the ability to work various shifts including weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurement; work varied shifts including weekends.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
